Hawane Chalets
Our 23 thatched luxury en-suite chalets are a fascinating, inspired blend of traditional Swazi materials and glass panneled front walls. Waterways meander through the indigenous landscaped gardens enclosed by a serpentine braided wattle fence. The feather pillows & down duvets, sheen & linen mixed with hessian & printed cloth complete the cultural / contemporary synthesis unique to our style. Each chalet sleeps two in single or double bed configurations.

The beautiful Maguga Dam is surrounded by gorgeous indigenous bush, has stunning bird life and is well stocked with Large Mouth Bass.

We had a good time at Malolotja Nature Reserve. The log cabins were big enough for our family. The opportunities for improvement include replacing the floor mats with tiles because the fire sparks from the fire place burns them easily. The dust bin had not been cleaned and the rubbish was scattered by scavengers looking for food. Other than that, the cabins were fully stocked with functional furniture and cutlery and the kids loved the braai area. We had a memorable holiday. Thanks to the quick turn around time from SA Places especially Estelle who helped us with making the booking within two working days. The pricing was also very reasonable. Much appreciated!
